About us

We are a family business spanning 3 generations.

Ivor Heard, a well-respected local builder began building quality homes in the Wrexham area and in 1981 was joined by his son Colin.

Nick, Colin's son and Ivor's grandson, decided to join the business soon after graduating with a BSc in Construction Management from Salford Uni.

Glyn, Ivor’s first apprentice, who started bricklaying at just 15-years-old, is still working with Nick today – after 55 years of hard work and loyalty.

Together the 3 generations of builders have built over 150 quality homes in the area, including 21 luxury, bespoke homes in Quarry Brow, Marford.
